About Me

I support individuals, founders and organisations to bring clarity to busy and evolving ways of working and living.
Often, the people I work with are already capable and doing meaningful work, but things have started to feel overwhelming or difficult to manage.
My role is to create the space to step back and understand what’s really happening.
From there, I help identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas of pressure - using approaches such as process mapping and the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to create more effective systems, processes and consistent ways of working.
Alongside this, I also support individuals in creating more organised and manageable home environments — recognising that clarity at home is just as important as clarity at work.

I have supported clients across a range of environments, helping to reduce backlogs, improve structure, restore a sense of clarity and direction where things have started to feel difficult to manage.
My approach is compassionate and tailored. I take the time to understand how people work and live, creating space for them to pause, reflect and move forward in a way that feels manageable and aligned.
My mission is to help individuals, founders and teams feel more organised, reduce overwhelm and create more manageable ways of working and living, by giving them the space to pause, reflect and persevere with purpose.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief:
✨ When things feel clearer and more organised, people are better able to focus, make decisions and move forward with confidence.
